The following Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy, apply to all bookings made with Alpha & Omega Gateway:

• 60 days of the start of the tour program [Refund 100% of the Tour Cost]
• 59-30 Days [Refund 80% of the Tour Cost]
• 29-15 Days [Refund 70% of the Tour Cost]
• 14-8 Days [Refund 60% of the Tour cost]
• Less than 7 days [Refund 50% of the Tour Cost]
• After arrival in Bhutan [No Refund]

* The tour cancelled within 30 Days of star of tour will attract cancellation charge, since the hotels and other booking that was obtained in your name will be charged to the company.

Note: There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. Our guests must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
